  • That's a great question! The name "Bridge Fitness" might not fully convey what we offer at our facility. We are a premier training center dedicated to providing personalized training, mentorship, and easy-to-understand education aimed at helping you achieve a fulfilling, uncompromised lifestyle.

    We begin with a complimentary Discovery Call to assess how we can best support you. Following that, we invite you to an in-person evaluation and consultation with one of our expert trainers to explore your needs further. If we determine that we can assist you, you’ll work closely with a professional trainer for a few weeks or months, tailored to your requirements.

    During these fully customized one-on-one sessions, your Lead Coach will offer continuous coaching and feedback, tracking your progress weekly to help you build the skills and confidence necessary to reach your goals. As you start achieving milestones and feel ready to transition, you can join our small group Ascend sessions, where you'll continue with your personalized program alongside others pursuing their own unique paths.

    Unlike other group workouts you may have experienced, you won't find yourself doing the same routine as someone significantly more advanced, leaving you to wonder, “Is this appropriate for me?” Here, every participant is engaged in a program designed for their individual needs.

  • Great question! We understand the importance of finances, which is why we've tailored our program to be budget-friendly. Each program is customized to meet the unique needs of our clients, so the cost can vary based on your specific goals and how we can assist you.

    To get started, we typically have a brief Discovery Call to discuss what you’re seeking help with, what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past, and to go over the details of our assessment process. This initial conversation allows us to determine if we're a good fit for each other. That’s why we offer a free Discovery Call followed by a comprehensive assessment before discussing any long-term commitments.

  • Absolutely not! We’re not fans of “fad diets” — you know, those plans that require you to eliminate everything you enjoy. The reality is that nutrition is highly individual, and the most effective approach is one that you can sustain over time.

    Instead of pushing a trendy diet that doesn't truly benefit you, we focus on developing a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. You’ll start seeing results within the first week or two, all while avoiding that “hangry” feeling and without having to give up your favorite foods.

  • We understand that everyone has a busy lifestyle, and we get it. Unfortunately, we haven’t discovered a magic solution that will eliminate all your discomfort in just a few days or effortlessly shed body fat in seconds. The reality is that some effort is necessary to achieve consistent results.

    The cool thing is you really only need to be in Bridge Fitness 2-4 days a week for 30-60 min if you’re doing a specific & personalized training program designed around your unique goals (what a coincidence…that’s exactly what we do with our clients!) Get in, get out, work specifically on what you need with a professional trainer to feel and see results, be happy, live forever (no guarantees on that last one, LOL)

  • Hey, we get it! For starters, you probably wouldn’t be here, poking around, looking for help with your health & fitness goals if you were highly super-duper motivated yourself! It’s nothing to be ashamed of… Remember that you’ve got a lot going on in your life & part of the job of your professional trainer is to help re-ignite that internal fire so that you are motivated to continue to come in and see results. 

    Speaking of results, that’s one of the best ways to get & stay motivated. When you start seeing & feeling results after the first 7-10 days, your brain chemistry actually changes. You become more motivated yourself to want to keep showing up & keep those results coming. With our patented “actually give a sh** about you” accountability and mentorship, it’s physically impossible for you to fall off because we’re checking in & helping you out every step of the way.

    You don’t get that with your big-box gym membership (do they really care about you aside from if your credit card goes through every month?… just sayin’).
