our process

  • Book your free discovery call with one of our professionals. The purpose of this call is for us to learn if we are a good fit to help you by asking questions and answering yours.

    If we are the perfect fit to help, we’ll book an in-person consultation. If not, we will make a local referral to another trusted professional.

  • During your free consultation, we’ll start with a tour of the facility and revisit the conversation about your goals. Then, we’ll assess your current movement capacity and mobility to better understand where you’re starting from. With that information, we’ll begin building a plan tailored to your needs.

    By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear picture of your journey ahead — what each phase involves, how often we’ll meet, and how we’ll support you in getting back to what matters most.

  • During your first 2-4 weeks you will work 1 on 1 with a professional to create a functional diagnosis, list of success metrics, and your custom exercise prescription.

  • In this phase, you’ll continue working one-on-one with our professional team to build confidence and competence across four key areas:

    Moving safely, efficiently, and with purpose

    Improving the lifestyle factors that directly support your goals

    • Understanding Bridge’s core principles, including the foundations of recovery, capacity, and effective training

    • Learning how to read and understand your programming so you can take ownership of your progress

    This stage is all about setting a solid foundation to support long-term success.

  • Once you’ve regained full confidence in your movement and no longer require one-on-one support, you’ll transition into our small-group Ascend sessions.

    Here, up to six clients train alongside one another, each following their own personalized program. A coach is always present to guide, cue, and provide real-time feedback — so you stay supported, challenged, and on track every step of the way.

  • After reaching your goals and building the skills for long-term success, you’ve earned the freedom to choose your next chapter.

    Whether it’s maintaining your progress, chasing a new goal, or preparing for your next big adventure, you now have the tools, confidence, and independence to move forward with purpose — and on your own terms.
